Marco's  16 Week
Transformation

Marco worked on this transformation for 4 months. He came to me in a great lean condition but unable to pack on meaningful muscle mass. We went through a 3 phase programme split between Push, Pull + Legs, Whole Body and a Isolated Muscle Group split. Nutrition was carefully planned as to not gain excess body fat. In 16 weeks he put on 8kg of lean muscle and absolutely killed it!

Workouts

I'll set your workouts in my App so they're all in one, easy to access place. Get all your exercises, reps, sets and video tutorials to guide you through every session.

Calendar

Juggling workouts and a busy schedule can be difficult. The calendar will organise all your workouts, check-ins, activities and events, which will be scheduled for you by me.

Messaging

The integrated chat function means you can speak to me directly and add comments to your workouts. You know where I am whenever you need me.

Goals

It’s important to stay on top of your progress. My App lets us both easily view and track your goals and progress in one simple place.

INTEGRATIONs

My App integrates with Fitbit, Withings, Apple Health/Watch and MyFitnessPal, enabling you to sync all your health and nutrition data.

MY STORY

Hey there, my name is Cole, Personal Trainer and Online Coach! Coming from a sporting and competitive background I’ve always been obsessed with winning and progressing. Now my passion is seeing clients achieve their own victories and hit new heights with their fitness journey.

 

My proudest achievements as a coach include guiding a client to lose over 20kg, coaching a client to gain 8kg of lean muscle mass and also helping many people make their first steps into the gym and fall in love with training.

 

My mission is to help everybody hit their goals no matter what limitations they think they have.
